Frequent questions

Can I keep my existing email address?

Yes. We migrate your domain and all mailboxes without an address change — including old mails, folders and contacts.

Does this work with Outlook?

Yes. Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird as well as all common smartphone apps are supported — via IMAP, CalDAV, and CardDAV.

What happens when the internet fails?

Mail and appointments are cached locally — you keep working, everything syncs once you are back online.
