Frequent questions

Where are the servers located?

In German data centers of Hetzner Online (Falkenstein, Nuremberg). A data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

How long are backups kept?

By default 30 days with daily snapshots. Longer retention or external off-site copies arranged individually.

What happens during an outage?

Monitoring alerts us automatically. You have a named contact, no faceless ticket system. Response times are written into the contract.
